Refund policy

1. How to return an item? 

You have 14 days to return your item from the date of receipt. Return costs are your responsibility.

For your return to be processed, you must comply with the conditions below. In the event of non-compliance, we have the possibility of refusing the refund. 

Conditions to be met: 

  • Attach the invoice to the return package with the reason why you are returning the item so that we can identify you and thus proceed with the refund. 
  • Respect the 14-day deadline (from the date of receipt of the package). If the deadline is exceeded, no refund can be made.

Please note that products purchased on sale cannot be refunded!

2. How long does it take to receive a refund?

The refund will be made within one month from the day we receive your return at our premises. We strive to process them as quickly as possible.
